Studer is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dixon screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Studer with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Gatson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Studer.
Gatson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Studer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Studer scores with a punch to the head.
Gatson fails with a takedown attempt.
Gatson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Studer tries to avoid it but Gatson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Studer to the ground. Studer escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gatson is breathing heavily.
Studer with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Gatson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Studer lands with a hook. Gatson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. #CUT2#It looks like Anthony Gatson has been cut.#KD2#
Studer drops Gatson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gatson looks back up at him and smiles so Studer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Lothbrook with a nice cross.
Nice defenses there by Studer.
Studer wants to counter the offense by Lothbrook and move into the clinch position.
Lothbrook missing with a left hand there. Studer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Studer looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
