The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurley shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Grang but Grang pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Grang throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hurley.
Hurley wants to clinch.
Grang misses with a hook.
Grang bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A big left from Grang misses.
Hurley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grang as he avoids it easily.
Grang seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Grang cracks Hurley with a good jab.
Grang throws a lazy right hand but Hurley sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hurley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grang's waist but Grang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hurley off to one side.
Grang went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Hinski Grang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nate Hurley.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hurley tries to clinch up but Grang circles away and keeps his distance.
Hurley throws a nice looking combination but Grang bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Grang! Hurley is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!
