#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Langston throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
#TD# and Wahlberg counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Wahlberg stops Langston from getting back to his feet.
#SU# Wahlberg decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Wahlberg. Langston looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.#TD# Wahlberg fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Langston sprawls well initially but Wahlberg persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wahlberg wants to free his trapped foot but Langston is holding on for dear life with his legs. Langston wants to get back to his feet. Wahlberg slips a nice elbow through Langston's hands, connecting with Langston's forehead. This has been an exciting period of action! Wahlberg working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Wahlberg with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. #T1# Wahlberg prevents Langston from standing back up.
Wahlberg throwing shots but Langston is blocking nicely. Wahlberg seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Wahlberg has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Langston squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

Langston wants to try and get back to his feet. Wahlberg postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Langston bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Wahlberg and the fight is over!

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wahlberg's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kaori connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wahlberg scrambles back to his feet.#CL2# Wahlberg darts in and clinches Kaori up against the cage. Wahlberg tries to circle away but Kaori has him pinned against the cage.#TD2# Wahlberg has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kaori uses from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#ES2# Wahlberg uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Wahlberg keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kaori. The fight stays on the outside here - Kaori looks like he's thinking about clinching though.#CL2# Wahlberg gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kaori lands with a short punch from the clinch.

#TD2# Wahlberg gets control of Kaori's arms and successfully pulls guard. Wahlberg will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wahlberg can do anything to dispel that myth. Wahlberg looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kaori is one step ahead there. Wahlberg keeps trying to improve his position. Wahlberg bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kaori's guard. #REVB##SUB2# Wahlberg thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Wahlberg sitting in guard here, content to control. #T2# Wahlberg lands a couple of decent looking shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Come on Kaori, up you get! #TD2# Wahlberg is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kaori's half guard. Wahlberg works his foot free and advances to mount. #SUB2# Wahlberg is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Wahlberg extends the arm and Kaori is forced to tap!
