Wyatt drops Donaldson with a straight right hand, right on the button! Wyatt follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bertrand Wyatt!
Bertrand Wyatt decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Donaldson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dean defends it nicely.

and Dean counters with a crisp one two that drops Donaldson! Dean thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Donaldson to his feet! Donaldson is in big trouble!

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Dean has cracked Donaldson with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Dean lands another huge swinging hook and Donaldson tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Donaldson, before Dean can land any more shots!

Donaldson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Some bone on bone action there as Costa checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Donaldson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Rat has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Rat and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
