The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Pathak.
A jab lands there for Pathak.
Good exchange - Pathak coming out on top.
Pathak lands with an overhand left.
Pathak feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mannions jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Pathak stalks Mannion and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mannion's face. Mannion staggers backwards, shaken.
Pathak throws a good cross that connects.
This has been an exciting period of action!#CL2#
Mannion takes the fight into the clinch.
Pathak misses with the head strike.
Pathak is looking to control Mannion's arms but Mannion gets an underhook and turns him. Now Pathak has his back to the cage.
Mannion looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Pathak on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Mannion has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Pathak is trying to keep an underhook but Mannion manages to get the takedown into half guard.#SUB2#
Mannion is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Pathak is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
