The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Dwa misses.
Dwa fails with the takedown
and Sasai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dwa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sasai counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Sasai with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Dwa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Sasai to counter with a crisp jab.
Junichi Sasai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dwa Dwa.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
