The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ash shoots in for a double leg but White sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ash should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Thor White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dixy Ash.
White throws a body shot but no joy.
Despite the aggression on Ash's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
White blocks a head kick by Ash.

White leaves Ash with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ash tries to clinch but White is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
White walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

White lands a big uppercut and Ash crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ash looks OK. White waves Ash back to his feet!#ROC#Ash is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ash switches off momentarily and White cracks him with a monster right hand! Ash topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as White dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by White!
