We've been informed that Sagan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Sagan switches off momentarily and Krenakore cracks him with a monster right hand! Sagan topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Krenakore dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Krenakore!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sagan walks straight into a right hand from Montpoisante - that's dropped him! Montpoisante jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Sagan from any more punishment! Sagan complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
