Skellington won't allow Anderson to sweep him here. Skellington with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Skellington postures up and lands a big shot to Anderson's brow. Skellington lands a couple of elbows.#SUB2# Anderson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Skellington defends it easily. Skellington with a couple of shots to the head there. Anderson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Skellington is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Skellington stands up over Anderson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Skellington tries to free his leg and advance position but Anderson is retaining full guard. Anderson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Skellington lands a couple of decent looking shots. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skellington passes Anderson's left leg - he's now in half guard. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. #T1# Anderson is trying to stand.

Anderson tries to get to full guard but Skellington has control of the leg. Skellington lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Anderson regains control of the situation pretty easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! BOOM! Skellington connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Anderson is working to get back to half guard.
Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Skellington. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The referee warns Anderson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Skellington is landing with some decent strikes but Anderson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Skellington lands a big shot there that rocks Anderson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
#ROC#Anderson is rocked! Anderson is bucking up trying to escape but Skellington cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Anderson is still in real trouble! Can Skellington finish him? Skellington lands with some strikes. A big strike lands for Skellington! That's really hurt Anderson and he's turned his back - Skellington keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Skellington jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
