Kaloev has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Killer has his hands on Kaloev's head, controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kaloev slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Killer can't do much from the bottom here. Kaloev tries to move into full mount but can't pass Killer's legs. #T1# Killer is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kaloev's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. #R1# Vader takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Killer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Vader counters with a series of strikes. Killer will be more careful next time no doubt. Killer misses with a two punch combination.
Killer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Killer has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.#CL# Vader clinches. #BC2# Killer breaks from the clinch.
Killer keeps the fight on the outside. Vader misses with a leg kick enabling Killer to counter with a crisp jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Killer loads up on a big right hand but Vader slips the punch. Vader throws a leg kick but Killer checks it. It seemed like Killer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Vader tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Vader lunges at Killer with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Killer's hand. #T1# Killer misses with a series of wild punches.
Vader fails in his attempt to clinch. Vader uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Killer. Vader moves into range and connects with a jab. #CL# Vader pushes Killer up against the ropes in a clinch. Killer doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Killer misses with a few strikes there.

That was a close round but I would say that Alex Vader will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Alex Vader's cut. That's the end of the interval. #R1# Griffin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Killer counters with a nice uppercut. #CUT2#It looks like Peter Griffin has been cut. Killer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Killer scores with a hook to the body. Griffin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Griffin has his takedown stuffed and Killer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Griffin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Griffin shoots for a takedown but Killer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Griffin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Griffin is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Killer plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Griffin swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Griffin face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orwell dives in for a single leg takedown but Killer sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Orwell tries for a takedown but Killer circles away easily and Killer counters with a two punch combo. Orwell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Killer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Orwell doesn't seem bothered though. Orwell on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Killer cracks Orwell with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Orwell takes a body punch but keeps moving. Killer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. This has been an exciting period of action!#TD# Killer tries to sprawl but Orwell drives through with a takedown into half guard. Killer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Orwell is working away from the top position though. Killer tries to kick Orwell off in order to stand up. Orwell Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. #T1# Orwell tries to move to mount but Killer blocks the move with his legs. A lull in the action here as Orwell stalls from top position. Killer is not content to let Orwell control the position. Killer gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Orwell throws a strike but Killer avoids it easily and moves to full guard.#T2# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Orwell slips nicely into half guard.#SU# Orwell stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Killer smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Austin Orwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD# Orwell looking to score a takedown here. Killer is defending well but Orwell drives through and ends up in Killer's guard. Killer trying to control the position.
#SUB2# Killer looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Killer is pulling down on Orwell's head. It's preventing any offense from Orwell, at least for the moment.#T3# Orwell tries to free his leg and advance position but Killer is retaining full guard. Orwell is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Orwell passes easily into side control. Nice work. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Killer struggling a bit here. Orwell in side control, throwing shots but Killer defends. #T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Killer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Orwell wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Orwell misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Orwell creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Orwell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Orwell controls the position from side control.#SU# Orwell stands up and we're back to a striking position. Killer keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Orwell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Killer. Orwell misses with a takedown attempt and Killer counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Orwell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. A nice combination there by Killer.
Killer has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Orwell is landing a low percentage of strikes. Orwell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Orwell there as he acknowledges the shot.#ROC2#Orwell is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Orwell shoots in for a double leg but Killer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Killer doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Oh Orwell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Orwell finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Killer's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Orwell falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Sloppy strikes from Killer. Those never looked like landing. Boco takes a shot right to the bread basket. Boco tries to clinch but Killer moves away and Killer counters with a one-two to the body. Boco tries to clinch up but Killer circles away and keeps his distance. Boco tries to grapple but his opponent circles #KD2# and Killer counters with a crisp one two that drops Boco! Killer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Boco to his feet! Boco is in big trouble!#ROC2#Boco is rocked! Boco moves to clinch but Killer breaks away and Killer counters with a nice body shot. Oh Boco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Boco is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Killer plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Boco to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Boco just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neuer getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Killer throws a series of punches but Neuer moves out of range. Neuer lands a jab-cross combination. Neuer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Killer.
Neuer shoots in but no luck this time. Killer misses with a body shot
and Neuer counters with a nice body shot. Neuer just misses with a punch to the body.
A big left from Killer misses. Neuer uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Killer has time to react. Neuer tests Killer's chin there with a solid looking shot.#ROC2#Killer is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Killer drops his hands momentarily and Neuer needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Killer just on the top of the head. Killer drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Killer - he's done!

The fighters are pinned against the cage. Palpatine manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Killer misses with a kick to the body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Palpatine throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Killer works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
