#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Faz looks to land a body kick but Fighter moved away. Fighter is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Faz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#CL2# Fighter rushes Faz and presses him up against the cage. A head punch on the inside from Fighter fails to land. Fighter lands with a light punch inside. Fighter gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Faz.
Fighter lands with a short punch from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Faz looking to slow down the pace here. Faz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Fighter working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. The referee calls for Faz to work.
#T1# Faz is looking to break free of the clinch but Fighter has double underhooks. Faz is trying to break the clinch but Fighter has him pressed against the cage. Faz tries to circle away but Fighter has him pinned against the cage. A short uppercut from Fighter. Faz is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Faz stalling in the clinch but Fighter improves position. A short right from Fighter on the inside. Faz is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Fighter gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddy Faz. That's going to take a lot out of him. A short right hand to the side of the head by Fighter. Fighter lands a body shot in the clinch.
Faz wants to get back to striking at distance but Fighter won't allow it.
Fighter pushes Faz back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Still in the clinch, Fighter scores with a nice short uppercut. Fighter lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. #ROC2#Faz is rocked! Fighter lands with a short head shot on the inside. Oh Faz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!#T2# Fighter unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Faz! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Fighter is unloading with more strikes now! Faz drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nash ducks under a wild hook from Faz. Faz moves out of range of the body kick from Nash.
Nash throws a leg kick that is checked#TD# and Faz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Faz. Faz is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Nash is trying to keep Faz in close.
Faz showing good wrestling skills to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Nash has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Faz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1##SUB2# Nash is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Nash looking to hit a scissor sweep but Faz is one step ahead there. Faz is looking to stand up but Nash won't let him. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Faz is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Faz tries to free his leg and advance position but Nash is retaining full guard. Nash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Faz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#T2# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Faz sitting in guard, not really doing much. Nash is trying to control the position but Faz postures up. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Faz stuffs the takedown.#CL# Faz moves into the clinch successfully.
#TD# Faz turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Nash on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Nash wants to control but Faz postures up. Faz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Faz landing a few strikes. #T3# Faz controls the position. Faz in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Faz has knee on belly and moves into mount. Faz is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Nash can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Nash in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Faz controlling the pace for now. Faz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#SUB# Faz has hold of Nash's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Nash manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Faz is in the full mount, landing strikes. Faz has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Nash's face.

Is there anything that Nash can do to turn this around? Faz is controlling the pace.
Nash is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nash unleashes a big counter combination but Faz bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. A combination from Faz does no damage. Nash fails with an attempt to clinch.

Freddy Faz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Faz is stalling in the full guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Faz is looking to stand up but Nash won't let him. #T1# Faz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Nash is keeping the position for now. Faz controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. #SUB2# Nash is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Nash takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Faz would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Faz wants to pass the guard but Nash is keeping the position.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#T2# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Faz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. #CL# Faz darts in and clinches Nash up against the cage.#BC# Faz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Freddy Faz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joshua Nash.#BC# Faz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#T3# Nash tries to clinch but Faz is having none of it. Faz is looking for a counter combo. Nash lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. #TD# Faz drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Faz looks up at the clock and then as Nash takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Faz smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Faz wants to stand but Nash is controlling the position. #SUB# Nash is sitting in close to Faz's body. Faz has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Nash is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Nash is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Faz.

Ergser fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Faz as Ergser shoots in. Ergser misses with a head kick.
#TD# Ergser gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Faz working some strikes from top position. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Ergser has eaten all the pies!#ES2# Ergser kicks Faz off and gets to his feet. Ergser throws a body kick despite being completely out of range#CL# and Faz moves into the clinch.#TD# Faz has picked Ergser up - he's going for a ride! Faz dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Ergser wants to improve his position but Faz is controlling well.
#T1# Ergser wants to stand back up but Faz manages to pass into side control.
Faz wants to control but Ergser is keeping him busy. Ergser is positioning himself to get back to half guard. #SUB# Faz working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. You can see the frustration on Ergser's face as Faz controls the position. #T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Faz lands some shots froms side control. Faz is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Ergser's shoulder. That is not cool. Ergser can't do much from the bottom here. Ergser might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Faz haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Faz advances nicely into full mount. #T3# Faz controlling his opponent. Faz scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Ergser unleashes a big counter combination but Faz bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Faz here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Ergser avoids the head kick by Faz.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Faz scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Ergser wants to clinch up but Faz keeps it at a distance. Sger Ergser has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Freddy Faz is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Ergser misses with a head kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Freddy Faz showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Faz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
