#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter slaps away a takedown attempt from Bomb, before circling back to the center of the mat. Bomb fails with a takedown attempt. Bomb just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromCarter. Bomb looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carter is fending him off so far but Bomb persists. Nope, Carter circles away and we're back to standing. Wayne Carter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Bomb. Bomb shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Carter sprawls well. Carter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bomb gets slowly back to his feet.#CL# Carter closes the distance and pushes Bomb back into the cage.#TD# Carter gets a trip takedown into half guard. Carter looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bomb with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bomb's head. Bomb regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Carter. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bomb wants to sweep here but Carter controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carter wants to control from the top but Bomb keeps moving. Carter missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bomb looking to hit a scissor sweep but Carter is one step ahead there. Carter scoring with punches to the head and body. Bomb shoots for a takedown but Carter saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Carter tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bomb manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Carter defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bomb. Bomb looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carter is fending him off so far but Bomb persists. Nope, Carter circles away and we're back to standing. Nice sprawl there from Carter as Bomb shoots in. Bomb looks winded!#TD# Carter closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Carter lands in his opponent's guard. Carter loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. #SUB# Carter is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bomb is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bomb has escaped and now he's on top! #REVB##T4# Carter preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. #SUB# Carter is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bomb defends well. Carter is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bomb is controlling him. Carter bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bomb's guard. #REVR# The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Carter trying to control but Bomb is working from the bottom. Bomb controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!#R2# Bomb darts in looking for a takedown but Carter gets double underhooks and turns Bomb into the cage. Carter bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bomb's head. Bomb avoids the body shot from Carter.

That's going to take a lot out of Big Bomb. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bomb. Bomb tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bomb somewhat. Carter tries to clinch but Bomb moves out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A head kick misses from Carter. Bomb looks like he wants to counter punch here. Bomb shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Carter as he jumps to the side. Carter was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Bomb is breathing heavily.#T1##CL# Carter drives through and clinches with Bomb against the cage.
#TD# Carter tightens his grip and picks Bomb up, before dumping him to the ground. Bomb manages to land in guard. Carter lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Carter landing with the ground and pound. Carter throws a big right hand that misses. Bomb pulls Carter in close to his closed guard and prevents Carter from doing any damage or advancing position. Bomb keeping moving, preventing Carter from controlling successfully. Bomb pulls Carter in close to prevent any damage. #T2# Carter preventing the sweep. Carter pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bomb is keeping the position for now. That was a close second round but I would say that Wayne Carter will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!#R3##CL# Carter moves into range and clinches up with Bomb. Bomb is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Carter pulls him back up using the underhooks. #BC# Carter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bomb controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Bomb might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bomb seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kreten for as long as he can get away with. Kreten is trying to control the position from the bottom.
