#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Panj takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Adams connects with a jab.#CUT#It looks like Reso Panj has been cut. Panj darts in looking for a takedown but Adams gets double underhooks and turns Panj into the ropes. It looked like Adams was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Panj avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Panj closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Panj looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Adams is looking to take this fight into the clinch. And Panj tries to counter it with a takedown but Adams pushes his down on his head and steps out. Adams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Panj swats him away and circles back towards the center. Adams moves into range and connects with a jab. Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Adams! Panj is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!

#TD# Kincaid jumps guard and drags Panj to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kincaid wants to sweep here but Panj controlling him for the moment. #SUB# Kincaid working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Panj doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Panj manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. #SUB# Kincaid looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

He's hooked one of Panj's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Panj's back!#SUB# Panj is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kincaid gets his way!
