Gracie wants to sweep here but Shaw controlling him for the moment.
Gracie is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shaw defends it easily.

Oh but Gracie is tightening it up a little... Shaw has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Shaw reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Shaw taps out! Nice BJJ there by Gracie!

and Kahanui counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #CUT#It looks like Deair Shaw has been cut.
Deair Shaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shaw gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kahanui.
Shaw should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Kahanui checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kahanui appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

and Kahanui counters with a crisp right hand that drops Shaw! Kahanui lets Shaw back up to his feet, looking for a finish!#ROC#Shaw is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shaw shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kahanui rattles Shaw with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Shaw tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Kahanui dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Shaw stiff and motionless on the mat!

Walters lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Walters tries to bum rush Shaw with a series of wild strikes but Shaw uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Walters throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Shaw went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Walters clobbers Shaw with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nice shot lands for Walters.
Antonio Walters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walters drops Shaw with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Shaw! Walters dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
