White looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Hrustic turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips White off and cradles Hrustic's limp body as White celebrates with his corner.

White tries to clinch but Smirnoff moves away
and Smirnoff counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #CUT2#It looks like Branson White has been cut.
White tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Smirnoff manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It seemed like Smirnoff was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Smirnoff closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops White! Smirnoff dives in looking to finish! White is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
