The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks slaps away a takedown attempt from Ganes, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Brooks cracks Ganes with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Brooks scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Ganes shoots in looking for a takedown but Brooks manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ganes's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Brooks lands a nice hook to Ganes's body. Ganes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Well Brooks has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
