Animal lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Animal takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A head kick misses from Maxine.
Maxine connects with a leg kick.
Maxine scores with a jab to the jaw.
Maxine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Animal thuds a left hand into Maxine's body.
Marko Maxine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maxine looks winded!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Animal throws a right and a left that Maxine avoids nicely.

Maxine throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Maxine closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Maxine misses with a head shot. Distacio Jr uses the momentum to regain guard.
Maxine is looking to work some ground and pound but Distacio Jr has wrist control.#SUB#
Maxine content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Distacio Jr has locked up a guillotine! Distacio Jr's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Maxine is holding on here and Distacio Jr must be using up a lot of energy. Maxine has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Distacio Jr gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
