#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#TD# Reece closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reece throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Reece prevents Choy from standing back up.
Reece controlling the action here. Reece wants to lay and pray for a moment but Choy keeps working. Choy tries to get to full guard but Reece has control of the leg. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Choy is trying to control but can't.
#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.#T1##TD# Reece is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Choy's half guard.#ES2# Choy pushes Reece off and gets back to his feet.#TD# Reece scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.#SUB# Reece has hold of Choy's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Choy seems comfortable defending it but Reece has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Choy is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Choy is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Reece couldn't care less - he's delighted!
