#R1##TD# Burnmegamedov shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Kimber has hold of Burnmegamedov's hands but Burnmegamedov slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kimber trying to hold on to Burnmegamedov's head to control him but Burnmegamedov postures up.
#SUB2# Kimber looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Kimber gets full guard. Kimber looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. #SUB2# Kimber looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Kimber has his foot on Burnmegamedov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Burnmegamedov works his way back into a safe position though. Burnmegamedov with a nice head shot there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Kimber is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Burnmegamedov defends well. Burnmegamedov lands a couple of elbows.#T1# Burnmegamedov gets to his feet and stands over Kimber, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kimber felt that one! Burnmegamedov unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kimber from any more punishment!

#R1# No luck for Kimber with that takedown attempt. Zsofka appears to be looking for a big counter. Zsofka connects with a looping right hand.
Zsofka lands with a straight right. Kimber didn't see that one coming. Zsofka lands a leg kick that knocks Kimber off balance momentarily. Zsofka throws a front kick aimed at Kimber's knee but Kimber avoids it well. Good leg kick by Zsofka. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zsofka checks a leg kick. Zsofka looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. No joy there for Kimber, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kimber gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kimber has a takedown stuffed.#T1# Zsofka throws a nice outside leg kick. Zsofka with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kimber throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kimber misses with a straight left. Zsofka fires out a quick counter leg kick but Kimber just manages to avoid it. Zsofka throws a nice inside leg kick. Kimber tries to close the distance and clinch but Zsofka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Zsofka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Baldimir Zsofka is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kimber misses with a jab to the body
and Zsofka counters with a left to the body. Kimber swings away with a body shot that misses
and Zsofka counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nice shot lands for Zsofka.#ROC#Kimber is rocked! Kimber leaves his chin hanging out and Zsofka seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Kimber crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

#R1# Manners shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kimber as he jumps to the side. Manners tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kimber swivels and escapes. Manners throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kimber's waist but Kimber gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Manners off to one side. Billy Kimber has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Manners. Kimber throws a leg kick but Manners checks it. And Manners tries to counter it with a takedown but Kimber pushes his down on his head and steps out. Kimber tries to close the distance and clinch up but Manners swats him away and circles back towards the center. #TD# Kimber drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.#SUB# Kimber goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Manners rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kimber's guard! #R1# Kimber throws a front kick aimed at Mutka's knee but Mutka avoids it well. Mutka throws out a counter right but Kimber avoids it with no problem. A jab from Mutka does it's job there. Mutka looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A little feinted left hand from Kimber on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Mutka has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Mutka uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kimber. We've been hearing reports that Kimber has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Mutka with a nice calf kick. Mutka connects with a solid leg kick. Kimber moves forwards but Mutka connects with a nice, crisp jab. Nice shot lands for Mutka. Mutka takes a swing at Kimber's ribcage but misses. Kimber looks to score with a jab to the body but Mutka is just out of range. Kimber checks a leg kick. Kimber is looking to counter punch. Kimber throws a poor cross that misses
letting Mutka counter with a right hand. #TD# Kimber closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kimber is looking for a sweep.#SUB# Kraven looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kimber is trying to get back to half guard.#T1# Kimber is trying to control Kraven's posture but Kraven avoids it. Kimber is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Kraven is staying active. Sidebar is aware though and is defending well. Kimber bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sidebar's guard. #REVB# Sidebar not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Sidebar is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Kimber looking to sit in guard and control but Sidebar gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR##SUB# Sidebar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kimber looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kuroda puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Kimber is doing well to control the position and prevent Kuroda from advancing to side control. Kuroda frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Cren throws a right and a left that both miss. A punch combination from Cren misses. As Cren tries to get set, Kimber tries to push him back and clinch up but Cren manages to avoid the attempt. Cren moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Cren looks to land a combination but Kimber avoids it well. Cren tries to bum rush Kimber with a series of wild strikes but Kimber uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cren misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kimber swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Kimber dodges the punch combination from Cren.
The fighters circling - Cren throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cren lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cren swings for the body but Kimber moves out of range.

Meccini tries to buck Kimber off but Kimber is having none of it. Meccini felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Meccini can't do much from the bottom here. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karabulut misses with a takedown attempt - Kimber sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Karabulut tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kimber defends well and Karabulut ends up having to push Kimber into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#CL2# Karabulut darts in and clinches Kimber up against the cage. Kimber drops down looking for an ankle pick but Karabulut pulls his leg out and moves away.
Karabulut attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Kimber drops down looking for a counter takedown but Karabulut sprawls and moves away. Karabulut shoots in for a takedown but Kimber shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Billy Kimber has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now.
