He'll look to pass Hornblower 's guard now, I'm sure. Hornblower is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Kimber must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kimber throws an elbow that misses. Hornblower uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kimber's guard. Nice move by Hornblower !#REVR# Kimber has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at EFC Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Hornblower sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kimber's guard. Kimber is trying to drag Name to the mat but Name just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Kimber wants to take the fight to the mat but Name manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Name is looking to take this one to the mat. Name pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Name is pressed up against the cage. Kimber has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Name down to the mat. Name avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Willy Kimber. That's going to take a lot out of him. Name goes for a double leg but Kimber avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kimber continues to drive forward.#TD2# Name shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Name was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Name lands a decent elbow from side control. #SUB2# Name tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Name throws a strike aimed at the side of Kimber's head but Kimber avoids it well.#T1# Name is looking to take a break and control but Kimber is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Name is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.#SUB2# Name is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kimber is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kimber takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.#SUB2# Name tries for a kimura but Kimber is defending well. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kimber's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. He's trying to wriggle out but Name has cracked it and Kimber is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Name!

He has the arm isolated but Chimaev is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Chimaev's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Kimber has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chimaev tries to buck Kimber off but Kimber is having none of it.#T1##SUB# Kimber has hold of Chimaev's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Chimaev seems comfortable defending it but Kimber has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Chimaev is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Chimaev is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kimber couldn't care less - he's delighted!

#R1# Kimber leaves Shimada with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kimber throws a low kick but Shimada avoids it. Shimada is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kimber sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A punch combination from Shimada misses. Kimber closes the distance and clinches up with Shimada, looking for a takedown. Kimber pushes Shimada against the cage but Shimada circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Shimada slaps away a takedown attempt from Kimber, before circling back to the center of the mat.#CL# Kimber fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shimada, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Kimber is trying to trip Shimada. He has hold of a leg but Shimada is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Kimber persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Kimber sitting in guard here, content to control. Kimber preventing the sweep. Kimber has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kimber is aware though and is defending well. Kimber trying to control the position from guard on top but Cross is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
And that's the end of the fight! Rally Cross comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Cross has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
