#R1# Malone clobbers Murakami with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Malone punishes Murakami's body with a nice straight punch. Murakami drops his hands momentarily and Malone takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. A good leg kick by Malone. Murakami takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Malone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A looping hook to the body misses from Malone. Murakami does a little dance to reset his feet. Murakami takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Murakami shoots for a double leg takedown but Malone sprawls well. He's pushed Murakami's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Murakami takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Murakami definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Malone throws a body kick despite being completely out of range#TD# and Murakami counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murakami tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Malone just stands there and leans against the cage. #R1##CL# Worish instigates a clinch. Murakami drops down looking for an ankle pick but Worish pulls his leg out and moves away.
Worish has a takedown stuffed.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position.#TD2# Worish is fighting off a takedown attempt but Murakami is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Worish to the mat. Worish regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Worish holds on and takes a little breather. Murakami pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Worish is keeping the position for now. Worish controlling the position.#T1# Murakami throws an elbow that misses. Worish uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Murakami's guard. Cren misses with a double jab.
Walter Cren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cren fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Murakami manages to avoid it. Cren looks to land a combination. Murakami sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Cren scores with a jab to the head.
Cren will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
#TD2# Murakami bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cren is looking to regain half guard here but Murakami keeps moving and retains side control. #SUB2# Murakami tries for a kimura but Cren is defending well. #T1# Both fighters take a look at the clock. And that's the end of the fight! Takashi Murakami showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Murakami, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
