#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#CL2# Hayden has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hayden tries to pull guard but Benedict holds him up against the cage and eventually Hayden drops back down to his feet.
Hayden blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
#BC# Benedict's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hayden tries to clinch there but Benedict circles away.
Benedict bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Hayden walks into a stiff left hand from Benedict.#CUT#It looks like Issac Hayden has been cut. Benedict throws a lazy right hand but Hayden sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Benedict tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hayden was well out of range. Poor timing from Benedict. Benedict throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hayden stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Benedict scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hayden in his tracks. Hayden throws the kick towards the body but Benedict avoids it. Benedict connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hayden momentarily.
#ROC#Hayden is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Benedict lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Hayden - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Benedict!
