Murphi is working to tighten his grip on Shumway's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Shumway has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Murphi is really squeezing tight and eventually Shumway passes out! Murphi breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Murphi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Seventeen to the mat! Seventeen manages to get full guard.
Murphi distracts Seventeen with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Seventeen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Seventeen wants to sweep here but Murphi controlling him for the moment.

Murphi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Seventeen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Murphi is looking to defend but Seventeen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Murphi! Seventeen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Murphi taps out and this one is all over!
