Miles takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Miles fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ismailgeci on the side of the head.

The fighters circle momentarily. Miles darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ismailgeci misses with a wild body shot.
Miles throws out a counter right but Ismailgeci avoids it with no problem.
Ismailgeci throws a front kick aimed at Miles's knee but Miles avoids it well.

Miles's coach down at MMA LA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Miles's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

After the fight, Whiskey Miles was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. |
