Michaels throws a wild combination but nothing lands. #TD# Jackson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Michaels looks winded! Michaels struggling a bit here. Jackson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Michaels being controlled for a moment. Jackson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mack is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mack wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Mack passes Jackson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Mack is taking a breather. Jackson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson tries to get to full guard but Mack has control of the leg. Mack looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Mack trying to mount his opponent but Jackson defends it. #T1# Mack controlling the action here. Mack trying to pass the guard but Jackson defending well. Mack is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Mack missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson tries to clinch there but Mack circles away.

Can Jackson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Mack on a fantastic submission victory.
