#R1# Out scores with a hook to the body. Turner takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Out slips a jab from Turner. A quick step to the side and Out tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Turner shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Out lands with an overhand left. Turner is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Out. Out scores with a punch to the head. Turner takes a swing at Out's ribcage but misses. Turner takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A left lands for Out.#ROC#Turner is rocked! Out lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Turner falls backwards - clearly groggy! Out dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

#R1# Out checks the leg kick nicely there.
Rydel dives in and grabs Out's left leg, looking for a takedown. Out pushes down on Rydel's head and hops out. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Out!
Out throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Out swats away the attempt to clinch by Rydel. Out looks to land a combination but Rydel avoids it well. Rydel throws a jab when Out was well out of range. Out tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Out looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rydel is fending him off so far but Out persists. Nope, Rydel circles away and we're back to standing.#CL2# Rydel gets tackled into the cage by Out. Out maintains the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Out changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rydel fights it off and pushes away nicely.
#TD# Excellent takedown into side control there by Rydel. #T1# Out is trying to improve his position. Rydel wants to stand but Out has his arm trapped. Out taking punishment in the form of punches.
Out tries to bench press Rydel off him but Rydel keeps the position. Rydel controlling the position from side mount. Out is working to avoid the ground and pound but Rydel connects with a decent elbow. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.#SUB# Rydel working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #SUB# Rydel is trying to get an arm triangle but Out is defending well. Rydel will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rydel in side control lands a decent elbow. Out wants to get back to his feet. Out on the wrong end of some ground and pound. #T3# Rydel is looking to take a break and control but Out is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rydel misses with the ground and pound. Out tries to improve position but can't. Rydel cracks Out with a big elbow. Rydel cracks Out with an elbow. That is naaassty. Out wants to control but Rydel postures up. Rydel trying to control the position but Out is working away. The referee asks Rydel politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rydel prefers to stall for the moment though. Out should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#T4# Out tries to buck Rydel off but Rydel is having none of it. You can see the frustration on Out's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Out tries to control but Rydel manages to take his back.#SUB# Out is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Rydel gets his way!
Rydel is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Rydel gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Rydel gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Rydel apologises and we restart here on the feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Rydel dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.#R2# Rydel shoots in and drives through. Out sprawls well. Rydel is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Out can do to turn this around? Out tries to clinch up but Rydel circles away and keeps his distance. Rydel attempts a counter takedown but Out avoids it well and moves away. Out misses with an attempted mid kick.

Out is looking to stand back up but Rydel counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Out. #REVB# Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rydel in particular looking to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rydel has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Out is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. #T1# Out tries to reverse the position but Rydel maintains control. Rydel can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Out is looking to escape. Rydel manages to capitalize on a mistake by Out to take his back! Out grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Rydel is punishing Out with some ground and pound. Rydel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Out is really stuck here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rydel struggling to keep hold of the position.

#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Out is really stuck here.

Out presses Rydel against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Rydel is trying to pull guard but Out turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
