Cholley takes one to the chin there.#CUT#It looks like Gerard Cholley has been cut. Golara missing with a left hand there. Cholley was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A big left from Golara misses. Cholley moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Golara is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cholley.#CUT2#It looks like Endrju Golara has been cut. Golara shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Cholley tries to clinch there but Golara circles away.
Endrju Golara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cholley swings and misses with a shot to the body and Golara counters with a stiff right hand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cholley connects with a looping right hand.

#CL2# and Nwaoge counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Nwaoge. A short left from Nwaoge. We've been informed that Nwaoge has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. A right handed body shot lands from Nwaoge.
Cholley wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nwaoge has him pressed against the cage. A short right hand to the side of the head by Nwaoge. Nwaoge blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Cholley has been working on his boxing with his coaches at JAG Battle Gym in the buildup to the fight. Cholley with a nice cross. Sloppy strikes from Machi. Those never looked like landing. #TD2# Machi drives through with a takedown into guard. Machi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cholley. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Cholley is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Machi has his hands clasped together but Cholley extends and breaks Machi's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Cholley.

#R1# Kirin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cholley manages to avoid it. Kokkoro Kirin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cholley throws a jab but it's blocked by Kirin. Cholley has been working on his boxing with his coaches at JAG Battle Gym in the buildup to the fight. Cholley is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kirin. Kirin throws a counter combo. Kirin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Kirin connects with a right hand. Cholley shakes it off.#CUT2#It looks like Gerard Cholley has been cut. Cholley avoids the body shot from Kirin.
Kirin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cholley moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kirin keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Cholley wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.#CL2# Cholley has taken the fight to the clinch.
