Hroskivarna listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Hroskivarna keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Smith shoots in and drives through. Hroskivarna sprawls well.
Hroskivarna appears to be looking for a big counter.
Hroskivarna connects with a right hand. Smith shakes it off.#ROC#Smith is rocked!

Hroskivarna finds Smith's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Smith flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Hroskivarna lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Smith will be OK.

Smith takes a jab right on the kisser.
Smith shoots and misses
and Booker counters with a nice uppercut.

Smith shoots in looking for a takedown. Booker tries to sprawl out of it but Smith keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Booker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Booker scores with a shot to the body.
Nice body punch from Booker.
Booker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Napoleon Booker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Booker's jab looks to have found its range, popping Smith under the eye.#ROC#Smith is rocked!
Smith shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Booker counters with a huge right that knocks Smith out cold! Booker is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kurschmann, as that shot connected.
#CUT2#It looks like Scotty Smith has been cut.
Smith drops his hands momentarily. Kurschmann doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Smith staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Smith doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Trudeau feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Smith sprawling to the canvas! Smith rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Trudeau finish him?!

Trudeau cracks Smith with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Smith tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Trudeau pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Smith is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Justin Trudeau!
A relieved looking Justin Trudeau thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. |
