Kennedy tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cruz defends well and Kennedy ends up having to push Cruz into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cruz works Kennedy 's body with a nice hook.
Kennedy goes for a double leg but Cruz avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cruz continues to drive forward.
It looked like Cruz was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Donk. Cruz catches Kennedy right on the button with a cross.#CUT#It looks like Bo Kennedy has been cut.#KD#
Cruz cracks Kennedy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cruz has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kennedy to stand back up!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cruz is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Kennedy hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

Kennedy tries to pull guard but Vatsadze won't allow it.
Vatsadze throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kennedy s head.
A body shot lands from Vatsadze.
Kennedy fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Vatsadze lands an uppercut.
Vatsadze lands a nice shot to the body.
Kennedy tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Murtaz Vatsadze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bo Kennedy .

Still in the clinch, Vatsadze scores with a nice short uppercut.
Kennedy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Vatsadze smiles and moves away.

Kennedy gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Vatsadze points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Kennedy wakes up just in time to hear Vatsadze thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kennedy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rockwell's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rockwell's back!
Kennedy is hanging on to Rockwell's back as he tries to escape.
Rockwell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kennedy on the ground.

Kennedy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Kennedy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
It looked like Ruiha was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Tama Ruiha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bo Kennedy .

Kennedy dives in for a single leg takedown but Ruiha sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Ruiha wants to clinch up but Kennedy keeps it at a distance.
Kennedy drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Ruiha defends it well.
Ruiha seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Ruiha works Kennedy 's body with a nice hook.
Ruiha's corner calls for a 1-2. Ruiha obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Kennedy drops his hands for a split second and Ruiha immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Kennedy face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Ruiha follows up with a right hand that knocks Kennedy into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Kennedy uses his free foot to push down on Saigon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Saigon.
