#R1# Fisher throws out a loose jab but Ferris uses good head movement to avoid it. Ferris wants to land a leg kick but Fisher is out of range. Fisher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ferris. Ferris avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ferris misses with a straight left. Fisher is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Ferris swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Fisher tries to land a front kick but Ferris steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ferris has been working on his boxing with his coaches at whitey's gym in the buildup to the fight. Ferris takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fisher paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Brandon Fisher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fisher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ferris manages to avoid it. Fisher sizes up Ferris with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Ferris swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ferris tries to clinch but Fisher is having none of it. Fisher feints a counter leg kick. Fisher scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ferris in his tracks. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ferris takes a swing at Fisher's ribcage but misses. It looked like Ferris was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Fisher lunges at Ferris with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Ferris's hand. Ferris looks to land a right hand but Fisher moved out of range. Fisher explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Fisher lands a body shot.
Ferris takes a swing at Fisher's ribcage but misses. Fisher lands a jab. Ferris throws a jab when Fisher was well out of range. Fisher swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Fisher jabs Ferris to the body, keeping him at a distance. Fisher swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Ferris shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Oh Ferris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A low kick from Fisher misses and Ferris counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fisher tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Fisher scores with a jab. Fisher has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Fisher cracks Ferris with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Ferris tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Fisher pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Ferris is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brandon Fisher! A very excited looking Brandon Fisher made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. |

#R1# Ferris throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A slow jab from Ferris misses its intended target. A looping hook to the body misses from Ferris. Luciano does a little dance to reset his feet. Luciano dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Ferris throws a hook but Luciano blocks it. Ferris throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Luciano throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ferris feints the counter takedown. Ferris scores with a hook. Ferris misses with a straight left. Luciano swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. The fighters circle momentarily. Luciano darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ferris moves out of range of the leg kick from Luciano.#CL# Luciano moves into the clinch. Luciano lands a body punch in the clinch. Ferris misses with a punch on the inside.
Luciano makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Ferris taking a breather. #TD# Luciano jumps guard and drags Ferris to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Luciano seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. This has been an exciting period of action!#SUB# Luciano working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ferris doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Luciano is tightening it up a little... Ferris has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Ferris reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ferris taps out! Nice BJJ there by Luciano!

#R1# Ferris connects with a jab. Martin Ferris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arnold swats away the attempt to clinch by Ferris. A left lands for Ferris. Ferris wants to clinch up but Arnold keeps it at a distance. Ferris tries to clinch but fails miserably and Arnold counters with a low kick, right behind Ferris 's knee. Arnold throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Arnold thows a leg kick but Ferris checks it and Ferris counters with a stiff right hand. A punch combination from Arnold misses. Arnold avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Ferris takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Donk. Ferris catches Arnold right on the button with a cross.#CL# Ferris tries to keep at a distance but Arnold has taken the fight into the clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Arnold manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Ferris lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. #T1# Arnold has Ferris pressed against the cage, preventing Ferris from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Arnold tries to land knees in the clinch but Ferris avoids the damage to the body. Arnold just leaning against Ferris, taking a breather. Arnold stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Arnold lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ferris backwards. Arnold lands a knee to the body.
Arnold cracks Ferris with a nice body shot. Ferris on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Ferris presses Arnold against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Arnold has Ferris pushed against the cage. Ferris is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Arnold is keeping busy. Arnold tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Ferris ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Good shot there by Ferris. Ferris connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Arnold walks into a stiff left hand from Ferris. Nice defenses there by Arnold. Arnold is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

An attempted straight right counter from Arnold misses the target. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A decent looking cross lands there for Ferris. Arnold wants to land a leg kick but Ferris is out of range. #T4##CL# Arnold moves into the clinch successfully.

That was a close round but I would say that James Arnold will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!#R2# Ferris is looking to clinch. Arnold turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Ferris swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Arnold. Ferris tries to close the distance and clinch but Arnold swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Arnold throwing a counter right hand but Ferris manages to avoid it. Arnold uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ferris.
Arnold is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Ferris comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Ferris might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Arnold throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Ferris throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Arnold was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Arnold throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ferris. Martin Ferris seems to be getting the better of the standup. Ferris throws out a powerful jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Arnold drops his hands momentarily and Ferris takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Arnold looks to land a right hand but Ferris moved out of range. Arnold takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. This has been an exciting period of action! Arnold circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ferris weaves into range and cracks Arnold right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Arnold goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Ferris is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
