Stevens makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!#TD# Chaster closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stevens did well to prevent Chaster getting side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#ES2# Stevens manages to escape and get back to his feet! Chaster throws a leg kick that is checked#TD2# and Stevens decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chaster's guard. Chaster can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stevens controls the pace. Chaster tries to land a sweep but no joy. Stevens pushes down on Chaster's leg and manages to get into half guard. Chaster wants to control but Stevens is keeping busy and won't allow it. #T1# The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Stevens connects with a nice short shot to Chaster's temple. Chaster trying to control here.
Stevens content to control rather than advance. #SU2# Stevens gets to his feet - back to striking we go! #TD2# Stevens looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Chaster pushes Stevens off but Stevens dives into side control.

This has been an exciting period of action! Chaster is working for takedown but Stevens is calmly controlling the position for now.#T3# The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Chaster tries to pull guard but Stevens won't allow it.

Stevens has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chaster is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Stevens lands with a right to the head. #TD# Chaster drags the fight down to the ground.
Chaster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chaster trying to keep a closed guard but Stevens is proving a slippery customer.

Chaster looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Stevens lands a big shot. Chaster takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Chaster blocks a head kick by Stevens.

We've been informed that Stevens has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Stevens looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.#T1##TD2# Stevens shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SU2# Stevens stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Chaster to get to his feet. Chaster fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Stevens is looking for the big counter here. No luck with that takedown attempt from Stevens. Chaster moves out of range of the body kick. Chaster tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Stevens manages to circle out of the way. Chaster stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chaster wants it to stay on the feet. Zain Chaster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Stevens. No luck for Stevens with that takedown attempt. Stevens is breathing heavily. Chaster fails with a takedown attempt.#T2##CL# Chaster rushes Stevens and presses him up against the cage. Stevens lands a body shot. Chaster is trying to push Stevens away but Stevens has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.#TD2# Stevens gets control of Chaster's arms and successfully pulls guard. Stevens will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Chaster has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Stevens is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB# This has been an exciting period of action! Stevens seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Chaster does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Chaster looks like he's trying to stand up.
Chaster tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. #T3##SU2# Stevens stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Chaster to get to his feet. Chaster fails with the takedown. Stevens tries to clinch up but Chaster circles away and keeps his distance. Stevens shoots in but Chaster avoids the takedown attempt easily. Chaster was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Sloppy strikes from Chaster. Those never looked like landing. Chaster shoots for a takedown but Stevens saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Stevens doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.#CL2# Stevens gets a clinch. #BC2# Stevens breaks the clinch.
A telegraphed right hand from Chaster misses the target. Chaster drops his hands momentarily and Stevens takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Chaster stuffs the takedown attempt from Stevens. Stevens gets slowly back to his feet. #T4# Chaster tries for a takedown but Stevens sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.#TD# Chaster shoots in and gets a takedown into Stevens's guard.#SUB2# Chaster is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Stevens has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Chaster is looking to defend but Stevens has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Chaster! Stevens pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Chaster taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jack Stevens! Jack Stevens really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Voodoo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty. |

#R1# Chaster misses with a hook.#TD# Chaster shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Chaster was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Chaster is trying to ground and pound but Dilbrandt uses the momentary lack of control by Chaster to regain half guard. Dilbrandt trying to control here.
Chaster lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chaster missing with the ground and pound from half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Chaster is going to stand back up.
Dilbrandt is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Chaster's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Chaster's back!#SUB2# Dilbrandt working for a choke but Chaster is defending well.
