#R1# A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Frontrero. Frontrero shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mihaylov as he avoids it easily. Mihaylov misses with a looping left.#TD# Mihaylov tries to sprawl but Frontrero drives through with a takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frontrero missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Frontrero not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Mihaylov wants to improve his position but Frontrero is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frontrero throwing shots but Mihaylov is blocking nicely. Frontrero not landing any meaningful shots this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frontrero throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Mihaylov tries to roll over but Frontrero keeps him under control. Mihaylov wants to get back to his feet. Frontrero working over Mihaylov with some ground and pound. Mihaylov looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Frontrero thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mihaylov's head. Frontrero working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Frontrero thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Frontrero scores with a big shot! Mihaylov's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Mihaylov! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
