#R1# Dasnkvonburg tries to score a power double leg takedown but Maeda sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dasnkvonburg somewhat. Dasnkvonburg is trying hard to land a takedown here. Maeda sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. #TD# Maeda closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Maeda lands in his opponent's guard. Maeda stands and throws Dasnkvonburg's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Maeda wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dasnkvonburg, who protects the arm well. You can see the frustration on Dasnkvonburg's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Maeda is working to tighten his grip on Dasnkvonburg's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dasnkvonburg has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Maeda is really squeezing tight and eventually Dasnkvonburg passes out! Maeda breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Dasnkvonburg shoots in but no luck this time. Dasnkvonburg slaps away a takedown attempt from Paul, before circling back to the center of the mat. Paul is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dasnkvonburg sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Paul. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dasnkvonburg shoots for a double leg takedown but Paul sprawls well. He's pushed Dasnkvonburg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A nice combination there by Paul.
