That will dishearten Niganu somewhat. And Alvarez tries to counter it with a takedown but Niganu pushes his down on his head and steps out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Francisco Niganu. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Left hook, right straight! Alvarez stumbles back but Niganu runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Alvarez to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Alvarez will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
