Caesar pulls Nowak in close to his closed guard and prevents Nowak from doing any damage or advancing position. Caesar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nowak manages to get himself to full guard.

Nowak is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Simply The Best, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Nowak on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nowak tries to get out of the position. Carvalho avoids the attempt from Nowak to control. Nowak is trying to escape the mount.

That was a close round but I would say that Jan Nowak will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Brook throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Nowak has hold of Brook's hands but Brook slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
