Thomas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A leg kick checked by Victors. A chopping leg kick lands by Thomas. A head kick misses from Thomas. #KD# Victors lands a left and a right that send Thomas crashing to the mat, dazed. Victors thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC#Thomas is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Dreyvon Thomas has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Victors moves in close and cracks Thomas with a massive right hand! Thomas, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Victors!

#R1# Daniels checks a low kick from Thomas. Daniels tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Thomas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Daniels drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Thomas defends it well. Thomas checks a low kick from Daniels. Thomas tries for a takedown but Daniels sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Thomas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Thomas lands with a kick to the temple. Daniels shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Thomas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Daniels scores with a kick to the midsection. Daniels throws a head kick that misses. Thomas tries a head kick but it misses.
Thomas throws a leg kick #TD2# so Daniels counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Thomas trying to control the position.
Daniels not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Let's hope that Daniels has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Daniels bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Thomas's guard. #REVB# And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dreyvon Thomas dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!#R2# Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thomas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Daniels has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Daniels and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Dreyvon Thomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daniels misses with a low kick as Thomas jumps back. Horrible takedown attempt by Thomas or perhaps it was just good defense by Daniels, which made it look bad. Thomas tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Daniels defends well and Thomas ends up having to push Daniels into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Thomas goes for a takedown attempt but Daniels pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dreyvon Thomas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Daniels throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Daniels misses with a head kick.

Daniels tries to avoid it but Thomas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Daniels to the ground. Daniels escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daniels throws a sloppy head kick and Thomas moves out of range easily. Thomas appears to be looking for a counter takedown.#TD2# Daniels changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thomas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Thomas is not content to let Daniels control the position. Thomas is being controlled here. #T1# Daniels's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Thomas sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Daniels trying to control from half guard but Thomas is working away. Thomas has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Daniels is working away from the top position though. Daniels keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Thomas has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Thomas manages to get to full guard.

Clayton Daniels showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. And Daniels tries to counter it with a takedown but Thomas pushes his down on his head and steps out. A low kick lands for Thomas.

#R1##TD2# Timmons gets caught napping as Thomas dives in and scores a takedown. Timmons manages to retain guard. Thomas in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Thomas scoring with punches to the head and body. Timmons is looking to stand up but Thomas isn't so interested in that idea. #SUB2# Thomas drops back looking for a leg! Timmons is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Timmons manages to kick Thomas off! Thomas jumps back into Timmons's guard. Thomas working some strikes from top position. Timmons working a defensive guard but Thomas manages to pass into side control anyway.

Daniels knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thomas on the ground. Daniels looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Thomas with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Thomas slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.#SUB2# Thomas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Daniels gives him a little smile and shakes his head.
