Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Perkele screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Foster scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Goon doesn't seem bothered though.
Foster wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Foster takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A nice combination there by Goon.

Donk. Foster catches Goon right on the button with a cross.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Foster sends Thomson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Foster is motioning to the referee to let Thomson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC2#Thomson is rocked!

Oh Thomson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Thomson walks straight into a right hand from Foster - that's dropped him! Foster jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Thomson from any more punishment! Thomson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
