#R1# Wells stalks Kasai and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kasai's face. Kasai staggers backwards, shaken.#KD# Wells cracks Kasai with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wells has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kasai to stand back up!#ROC#Kasai is rocked! Kasai with a poor takedown and Wells counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Kasai to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Wells!

#R1# YaRah keeps the fight on the outside. Kasai tries to score a power double leg takedown but YaRah sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kasai somewhat. YaRah stalks Kasai and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kasai's face. Kasai staggers backwards, shaken. YaRah throws the kick towards the body but Kasai avoids it.#TD2# YaRah shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Kasai is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Kasai is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. YaRah is aware though and is defending well. Kasai looking for a sweep. Not yet Kasai, not yet. YaRah lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#T1# Kasai not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kasai has momentary wrist control but YaRah slips an elbow through the middle. Kasai keeping full guard, as YaRah tries to pass. Kasai wants to sweep here but YaRah controlling him for the moment. Kasai is striking but YaRah is not phased and passes to half guard. Kasai is trying to control but can't.
YaRah is keen to just control but Kasai is a slippery customer. YaRah seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Kasai trying to control here.
Kasai might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. YaRah trying to mount his opponent but Kasai defends it. YaRah prevents Kasai from improving his position. Kasai is positioning himself well to prevent YaRah advancing to mount. Well, if YaRah is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kasai shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts YaRah as he jumps to the side. Kasai sets himself, and YaRah steps forward looking for the clinch! Kasai avoids it this time.#T3##CL2# YaRah pushes Kasai up against the cage in a clinch. Kasai is trying to pull guard but YaRah turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fuji Kasai. That's going to take a lot out of him.#BC2# YaRah manages to break the clinch.
Kasai stuffs the takedown. YaRah moves away from the strike by Kasai. #TD2# YaRah shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. YaRah showed some decent athleticism there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. YaRah stalling. Kasai wants to improve his position but YaRah is controlling well.
#T4# YaRah wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kasai keeps working. YaRah trying to mount his opponent but Kasai defends it. Kasai is pressing down on YaRah's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.#SUB# Kasai working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. YaRah doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. YaRah manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kasai controls YaRah momentarily but YaRah frees himself. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kasai seems keen to control YaRah's posture. YaRah has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kasai is proving hard to escape from. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dedrick YaRah dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.#R2##TD2# YaRah throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kasai tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. YaRah is in Kasai's guard. YaRah sitting in guard, not really doing much. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for YaRah. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. YaRah wants to stand but Kasai is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. YaRah pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kasai is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. YaRah trying to control the position from guard on top but Kasai is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #T1# Kasai pulls YaRah in to control the position. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#CL2# YaRah gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Kasai is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables YaRah to keep the fight standing. YaRah has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kasai is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but YaRah is defending well. YaRah tries to pull guard but Kasai forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Kasai fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Kasai wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and YaRah is now in half guard. YaRah wants to pass to mount but Kasai is defending the position. YaRah is trying to control the action in half guard but Kasai is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. YaRah with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kasai moves into full guard.
YaRah must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. YaRah is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kasai working a defensive guard here.

YaRah advances to half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! YaRah stalling. Dedrick YaRah showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!#R3# Kasai walks into a stiff left hand from YaRah. Kasai throws out a loose jab but YaRah uses good head movement to avoid it. Kasai slaps away a takedown attempt from YaRah, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kasai was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Kasai fails with the takedown. Kasai shoots in and drives through. YaRah sprawls well. Fuji Kasai is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kasai shoots in for a takedown but YaRah shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fuji Kasai. That's going to take a lot out of him. YaRah looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kasai is fending him off so far but YaRah persists. Nope, Kasai circles away and we're back to standing. You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kasai tries to clinch up but YaRah circles away and keeps his distance. YaRah trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. YaRah working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kasai's head. Kasai tries to land a sweep but no joy. YaRah content to stall in guard here. #T3# YaRah trying to control the position from guard on top but Kasai is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kasai is trying to hold YaRah in close to prevent damage but YaRah has managed to pass into half guard.
YaRah is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. YaRah seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
#T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kasai is trying to defend against the ground and pound but YaRah scores with a couple of nice shots. YaRah tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Kasai. YaRah prevents Kasai from improving his position. YaRah is looking to advance position but Kasai won't allow it. YaRah wants to stand but Kasai has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! YaRah looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kasai with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Dedrick YaRah is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Kasai misses with some strikes from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Dedrick YaRah comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well YaRah has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
