#R1##TD2# Takanashi scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Rentarou looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Takanashi looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. It looks like Takanashi might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#SUB2# Takanashi is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rentarou is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

#R1# Yan shoots for a double leg takedown but Rentarou sprawls well. He's pushed Yan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Rentarou looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Rentarou doesn't manage to clinch there - Yan circles away.
Rentarou looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Good leg kick by Rentarou. #CL# Rentarou closes the distance and clinches. Rentarou prevents the takedown attempt.
Yan fails to pull guard.
Satomi Rentarou has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yu Yan. Rentarou is defending well against a takedown attempt. Rentarou stops a takedown attempt from Yan.
Yan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rentarou is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rentarou can't find room to land a body shot as Yan controls the action.

#CUT#It looks like Yu Yan has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yan is trying to drag Rentarou to the mat but Rentarou just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Yan is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Rentarou to keep the fight standing. Rentarou throws an elbow but it misses.
Yan wants a takedown but no success here.
Yan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rentarou smiles and moves away.

He's pushed Rentarou off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Rentarou screams in pain and taps out! #R1# Rentarou closes the distance looking to clinch and Gisu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sloppy strikes from Gisu. Those never looked like landing. A head kick misses from Rentarou. #TD2# Rentarou changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gisu looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Rentarou slows the pace down. #SUB2# Rentarou thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The referee asks Rentarou politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rentarou prefers to stall for the moment though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1##SUB2# Rentarou wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gisu, who protects the arm well. Rentarou trying to control the position but Gisu is working away. Gisu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rentarou on the ground. Gisu is pushing Rentarou's head away, looking to escape. Rentarou manages to hold on to the position though. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.#SU2# Rentarou stands up and beckons Gisu to his feet. Gisu lands a jab-cross combination. #T2# Horrible takedown attempt by Rentarou or perhaps it was just good defense by Gisu, which made it look bad. Gisu seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Gisu has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Rentarou showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gisu.
Gisu scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Rentarou shoots in but no luck this time. Rentarou misses with a takedown and Gisu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lee Gisu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Satomi Rentarou. Rentarou looks winded! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gisu lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rentarou backs up against the cage.
Rentarou shoots for a takedown but Gisu saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. It looked like Gisu was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Rentarou.#T3# Rentarou dodges the punch combination from Gisu.
Gisu's jab looks to have found its range, popping Rentarou under the eye. Gisu throws a left and a right that both miss
#CL2# and Rentarou counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Rentarou tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gisu just stands there and leans against the cage. Rentarou keeps control of Gisu as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Rentarou looking for a takedown. #BC# Gisu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gisu ducks down and throws a hook to the body.#T4# Gisu throws a nice looking combination but Rentarou bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rentarou tries to counter with a clinch but Gisu shakes him off and moves away.#CL2# Gisu gets tackled into the cage by Rentarou. Rentarou maintains the clinch. Rentarou fails to pull guard.

Lee Gisu dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.#R2# Gisu works the jab nicely. Gisu misses with a jab, cross combination.
#TD2# Rentarou shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gisu napping and manages to drive through into side control! Rentarou trying to control the action but Gisu is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Rentarou is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Gisu has escaped the position, nice work there. Rentarou is breathing heavily. Gisu can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rentarou controls the pace.#SU2# Rentarou decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Lee Gisu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.#CL2# Gisu tries to keep at a distance but Rentarou has taken the fight into the clinch. Rentarou drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gisu pulls his leg out and moves away.

Gisu is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rentarou can do to turn this around? Gisu lands a nice shot that snaps Rentarou's head back.
Gisu lands a head shot. Gisu comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Gisu scores with a one two! Rentarou had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rentarou takes one to the side of the head.

Rentarou replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Gisu blocks it well. Gisu misses with a double jab.
#T3# Gisu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Left hook, right uppercut from Gisu. Gisu works Rentarou's body with a nice hook. Rentarou fails in his attempt to clinch. Gisu throws a right and a left that Rentarou avoids nicely. Rentarou has his takedown stuffed and Gisu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Lee Gisu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Satomi Rentarou. Gisu throws a series of punches but Rentarou moves out of range. Gisu slaps away a takedown attempt from Rentarou, before circling back to the center of the mat. Rentarou on the wrong end of a nice jab.#T4# Gisu scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Gisu misses with a two punch combination.

Lee Gisu dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!#R3# Rentarou misses with a combination
and Gisu counters with a nice uppercut. Rentarou shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gisu but Gisu pushes him off and we're back to square one. Gisu throws a big counter combination but Rentarou scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Gisu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gisu stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gisu wants it to stay on the feet. Gisu misses with a jab, cross combination.

Lee Gisu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Satomi Rentarou. Gisu fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Rentarou takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Rentarou throws a quick inside leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gisu lands with a nice body punch. #T2# Rentarou throws a sloppy head kick and Gisu counters with a one-two to the body. Gisu connects with a body shot that sends Rentarou's belly button to the back. Gisu lands a jab to Rentarou's midsection. Gisu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

It looked like Gisu was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Gisu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rentarou moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Rentarou has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Gisu moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Gisu lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rentarou backs up against the cage.

Gisu stalks Rentarou and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rentarou's face. Rentarou staggers backwards, shaken.#T4# Gisu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rentarou. Gisu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Nice takedown defense from Gisu. No joy for Rentarou on that attempt. Gisu appears to be looking for a big counter. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gisu moves out of range of the body kick from Rentarou.
Gisu lands with a good body shot. Gisu jabs Rentarou right on the nose. Rentarou blinks but takes it well. Gisu jabs at Rentarou's body. Rentarou dives in and grabs Gisu's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gisu pushes down on Rentarou's head and hops out. Gisu scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Satomi Rentarou has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lee Gisu is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Rentarou listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! Lee Gisu showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gisu, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
