#R1# Choi tries to clinch up. Petrov wants to counter with a clinch but Choi pushes him away.#TD# Choi throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Petrov tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Choi is in Petrov's guard. Choi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Choi wants to pass the guard but Petrov is keeping the position. Choi is working hard here to advance position.#SUB2# Petrov looking for a guillotine here but Choi defends easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Petrov is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Choi is aware though and is defending well.#T1# Choi slips nicely into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Petrov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Choi pulls his head out easily. Choi performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Petrov manages to get to full guard.
Choi looking to sit in guard and control but Petrov gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. Petrov wants to free his trapped foot but Choi is holding on for dear life with his legs. #SUB# Choi looking for submissions off his back. Petrov slows the pace down in half guard. #T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Petrov is looking to advance position but Choi won't allow it. #SUB# Choi looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Petrov moves into full mount! Choi won't be happy about that! Petrov controlling from the full mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#SUB2# Petrov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Choi is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Choi and Petrov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Yasen Petrov has got the better of the ground game so far. Petrov tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Choi trying to remain calm as Petrov controls from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Petrov has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Choi! Choi is looking to improve his position but Petrov isn't that keen on the idea. Petrov is trying to stick to Choi's back but Choi is turning into Petrov. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Petrov's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Choi.#T3# Choi sitting in guard, not really doing much. Choi trying to control but Petrov is working from the bottom. Choi defends it easily.#T4# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Choi forces his way into half guard. Choi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Petrov is not content to let Choi control the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Choi slows the pace down in half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yasen Petrov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!#R3# Choi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Petrov swats him away and circles back towards the center. Choi is looking to clinch but Petrov is avoiding it.
Petrov is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.#CL2# Petrov closes the distance and clinches.#TD2# Petrov turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!#SUB2# Petrov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Petrov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Choi is trying to get back to half guard. Choi won't be happy about that! Petrov tries to control but Choi wriggling away. Petrov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Choi reaches up to try and control the position but Petrov seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Choi rolls and tries to escape and now Petrov has his back!
Yasen Petrov is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.#T2# Good control from Petrov. Petrov avoiding Choi 's attempts to control his hands. #T3# Petrov has good solid back control here. #T4# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Petrov's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Zu Ko Choi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
And that's the end of the fight! Yasen Petrov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Petrov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
