Miyeko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jansen lands with an uppercut that bounces Miyeko off the cage and back into range.
Miyeko throws a head kick but Jansen moves out of range.
Miyeko misses with a body kick.

and Jansen counters with a crisp one two that drops Miyeko! Jansen thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Miyeko to his feet! Miyeko is in big trouble!#ROC2#Miyeko is rocked!
Miyeko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Miyeko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jansen wants to counter the offense by Miyeko and move into the clinch position.
Miyeko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jansen dives in for a single leg takedown but Miyeko sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Miyeko closes the distance and clinches up with Jansen, looking for a takedown. Miyeko pushes Jansen against the cage but Jansen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Jansen drops Miyeko with a beautiful combination! Miyeko stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jansen is looking for the KO!
Miyeko wants to clinch up but Jansen keeps it at a distance.
Jansen lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Jansen dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
No joy there for Jansen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Oh Miyeko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jansen cracks Miyeko's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Miyeko slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Jansen can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Jansen tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Rich Nit counters with a straight right hand.
Jansen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rich Nit defends well and Jansen ends up having to push Rich Nit into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#TD#
Jansen gets control of Rich Nit's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jansen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Rich Nit won't allow Jansen to sweep him here.
Jansen is working hard here to advance position.#SUB#
Jansen has his foot on Rich Nit's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rich Nit works his way back into a safe position though.#SUB#
Rich Nit got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jansen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rich Nit has managed to get both his arms back between Jansen's legs - danger averted.
Rich Nit really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#ES#
Jansen pushes Rich Nit off and gets back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jansen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Rich Nit wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Jansen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rich Nit.

Jansen tries to close the distance and clinch but Rich Nit swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mark Jansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rich Nit sizes up Jansen with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Jansen throws a right and a left that both miss.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rich Nit! But no joy.
Jansen throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rich Nit swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jansen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#T2#
Rich Nit moves out of range as Jansen throws a body kick.
Jansen throws a wild body kick that Rich Nit sees coming a mile off.
Jansen moves in looking to clinch but Rich Nit pushes him off.
Jansen closes the distance but Rich Nit moves to the side
and Rich Nit counters with a straight right hand.

and Rich Nit counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Jansen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jansen is breathing heavily.
Jansen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rich Nit throws a hook to the side of Jansen's head but Jansen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jansen changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Rich Nit cracks Jansen on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Jansen falls backwards against the cage. Rich Nit follows up with more strikes that drop Jansen to his knees. Rich Nit keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Jansen! This one is all over!
