Jack throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mortician let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Jack lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. #CUT#It looks like Mike Mortician has been cut.#TD2#
Mortician looking to score a takedown here. Jack is defending well but Mortician drives through and ends up in Jack's guard.

Mortician controls from within his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mortician prevents Jack from getting back to his feet.
Jack is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.#T1#
Mortician slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Mortician is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Mortician throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jack tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mortician is in Jack's guard.

Jack wants to get back to his feet but Mortician is dominant here and he's now got Jack's back!
Mortician is riding his opponent, not letting Jack buck him off.
Mortician is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Mortician gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Mortician gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Mortician apologises and we restart here on the feet. #TD2#
Mortician shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jack's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mortician stands up over Jack, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Jack gets caught flat footed, as Mortician shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mortician seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. #T4#
Jack wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Mortician manages to pass to side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Mortician has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Jack lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jack enables Mortician to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jack manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Mortician is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Whiskey Jack has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

I've got Mortician winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
