#R1# Nice uppercut there from Savage. The fighters circling - Hammer throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Savage looks to score with a jab to the body but Hammer is just out of range. Savage lands a jab to the nose. Hammer should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#TD2# Hammer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Savage napping and manages to drive through into side control! Hammer working away. Savage is trying to improve his position. Hammer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Savage. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hammer controlling the position. Hammer landing strikes. Savage is looking for a sweep. Hammer trying to control the position but Savage is working away. The referee asks Hammer politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hammer prefers to stall for the moment though.#T1# Hammer's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Hammer looks more muscular than last time we saw him. It looks like Hammer might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Savage is working for an escape here. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hammer trying to control but Savage is working from the bottom. Ezuego goes for a double leg but Savage avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Savage continues to drive forward. Ezuego is looking for a takedown.#TD# Ezuego gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Savage regains guard.
Ezuego trying to control the position from guard on top but Savage is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ezuego cracks Savage with a solid left hand. Ezuego sitting in guard here, content to control. Ezuego wants to control from the top but Savage keeps moving. Ezuego cracks Savage with a solid left hand. Ezuego with a nice head shot there.
