Ace will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ace cracks Sanchez with an elbow. That is naaassty. Sanchez looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#SUB# Sanchez wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Ace has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Sanchez's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Sanchez is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Ace!

Sanchez throws a series of punches but Missalot moves out of range. Sanchez scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Sanchez moves into range and connects with a jab. Sanchez connects with a body shot. Sanchez scoring well with a low kick there.
Sanchez scores with a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sanchez tries a head kick but it misses.
Sanchez scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Missalot doesn't seem bothered though. Sanchez chopping away at his opponent's legs.
An inside leg kick lands from Sanchez. Missalot takes a punch right to his stomach. After the fight, Boing Missalot was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. And Pulver counters with a quick kick to the body but Sanchez blocks it. Pulver misses with a wild body shot. Pulver throws a sloppy head kick and Sanchez moves out of range easily. #CL# Pulver clinches with his opponent.

Sanchez tries to break the clinch but Pulver is controlling the position. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sanchez. Pulver lands an elbow inside that Sanchez shrugs off. Pulver with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Pulver throws an elbow that misses.

A jab from Sanchez does it's job there.#CUT#It looks like Ired Irwin has been cut.#CL2# Irwin moves into the clinch. We've been informed that Irwin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Irwin blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Irwin is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sanchez is defending well. Irwin looks winded! Irwin tries for a takedown but Sanchez manages to get underhooks.

Damian Sanchez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sanchez fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Irwin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Irwin seems to have recovered his senses. Decent striking displayed by Sanchez there. Cass throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sanchez's waist but Sanchez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cass off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jacob Cass. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sanchez connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A low kick lands for Sanchez.

Cass gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Sanchez. Cass doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Sanchez lands with a shot to the body. Nice shot by Sanchez. This has been an exciting period of action! Cass steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Sanchez. That one must have hurt. The fighters circle momentarily. They are putting on a show! Cass with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sanchez to score with a decent uppercut. Sanchez sizes up Cass with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Sanchez lands with a slapping head kick. #CL# Cass moves into the clinch successfully.

#TD# Cass has picked Sanchez up - he's going for a ride! Cass dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Sanchez is in trouble now - Cass has advanced to mount! Sanchez wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Sanchez should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Cass fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Cass punishing his opponent with strikes. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanchez is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cass is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Sanchez will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Cass cracks Sanchez with a big right hand but Sanchez just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Sanchez has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sanchez lets loose with a powerful body kick. Cass will feel that in the morning. Sanchez dips to his left and cracks Cass with an uppercut! Cass has his takedown stuffed and Sanchez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sanchez keeps Cass at a distance using the push kick. Sanchez circles away from the clinch attempt and Cass takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A nice inside leg kick there by Sanchez. That's going to slow Cass down. Sanchez lands with a good body shot.#CL# Cass fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sanchez, pushing him back against the cage.#T4# Cass is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sanchez to keep the fight standing. Sanchez can't break the clinch.

Sanchez throws a wild combination but nothing lands. #CL# Allen moves into range and clinches up with Sanchez. Sanchez tries to break free but Allen pushes him back against the cage. Sanchez tries to circle away but Allen has him pinned against the cage. Allen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Allen lands a shot to the body. Sanchez is trying to push Allen away but Allen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.#BC# Allen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
