MccGregor is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Nurmagomedov moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

Nurmagomedov tries to bum rush Mheng with a series of wild strikes but Mheng uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mheng takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Nurmagomedov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mheng attempts a counter takedown but Nurmagomedov avoids it well and moves away.
No joy there for Nurmagomedov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nurmagomedov attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Mheng tries to counter with a takedown but Nurmagomedov is quick to defend against it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nurmagomedov does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Mheng is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Nurmagomedov is looking to stand up but Mheng isn't so interested in that idea.

Mheng is working to tighten his grip on Nurmagomedov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Nurmagomedov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Mheng is really squeezing tight and eventually Nurmagomedov passes out! Mheng breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
