and Nemec counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Nemec digs a good body shot into Brown's ribs.
Brown gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Brown misses with a takedown attempt
and Nemec cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Brown fails with the takedown
and Nemec counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Corey Nemec has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Niko Brown.
Nemec ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nemec tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brown swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Brown takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nemec has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Nemec cracks Brown with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Brown tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Nemec pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Brown is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
