Gavenda throws a head kick that Smith semi-blocks.

Smith chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gavenda can pounce on him.

Gavenda lands a big head kick that sends Smith tumbling to the mat! Gavenda takes a step backwards and waves Smith back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gavenda throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Smith crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Gonzales looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Smith tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gonzales manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
