We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Wellington is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Frank sees it coming and defends easily. Wellington seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Frank does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #T1# Frank wants to control but Wellington is keeping busy and won't allow it. Frank dropped down on all fours and is barking in Wellington's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Kopecki gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Frank is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Frank with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Goodman to score with a decent uppercut. Goodman throws out a loose jab but Frank uses good head movement to avoid it. Frank throws a sloppy head kick and Goodman moves out of range easily. Goodman moves out of range of the strikes. Goodman defending well as Frank loads up on a big left hand. Frank bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Goodman's head backwards. Frank looks to throw the jab but Goodman is out of range. We've been told by Frank's head coaches at Canadian Elite Bruins Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. I was talking to Frank's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Sabatory goes for a takedown in the clinch but Frank prevents it.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 0 losses; Niles Standish! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Standish fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Standish is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Frank looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
