Biko swats away the attempt to clinch by Cortez.
Biko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cortez misses with a body shot.
Biko swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Cortez shoots in looking for a takedown. Biko tries to sprawl out of it but Cortez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Biko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cortez or perhaps it was just good defense by Biko, which made it look bad.

Cortez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fitzpatrick walks away with a smile on his face. Cortez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Cortez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Fitzpatrick misses with a jab, cross combination.

and Fitzpatrick decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cortez's guard.
Cortez manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
