Jamin walks straight into a right hand from Custer - that's dropped him! Custer jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Jamin from any more punishment! Jamin complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Magomedov tries to grapple but his opponent circles #TD# and Jamin counters with a nice double leg into side control. Magomedov won't be happy with that. We've been hearing good reports from Jamin's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Magomedov defending against the ground and pound. Jamin throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Magomedov is pushing Jamin's head away, looking to escape. Jamin manages to hold on to the position though.
